i'm doing this from school

because i'm awesome!

1. my handwriting will be the one thing that gets me fired. that or my lack of drive.

2. i really want a mac, which is what I'm typing this on, but the keys are different and weird and i make more typos and whatnot.

3. i really really really want to work in THE industry. i just feel like that's where my heart and soul belong.

4. it bugs me that 7th graders have the same TOMs at me.

5. I really really really really need a nap.

1. People will take helpful advice and will only hear the positives. it's annoying.

2. I'm better at figuring out ways of fixing/solving things/problems/people then actually getting out there and solving them.

3. My life has done a complete 180 in one year. As much as most of it sucks, i have learned how to be me.

4. I try to be funny a lot. 89% of the time it backfires.

5. The main reason I'm going to school in Austin? To get away from this place. There is only a handfull of people i will genuely miss.

i feel like i text too much. like i feel like i can just unload all my problems on people through text. i'm sorry if i do/did that to you.

1. i like puzzles. i have to be in the mood to finish them, but i always like starting them.

2. i hate talking about LOST with other people who disagree with my theories because we just sit there are argue about a pretend island, pretend people and pretend smoke monsters.

3. i'm addicted to Dr. Pepper. like today i craved it so bad. it was like i was on crack.

4. i pop my ankles, neck, toes, fingers, and knees a lot. i'm not going to be able to move in my later years.

5. i think i'm going to start doing this. writing five things (not really sure what they are) everyday/chance i get. it's nice.

semi-confession

so i have most of the 30 day thing finished in a draft. i just need to add pictures. but honestly, i think it's just going to sit there. i just want to write.

and of course by write i mean blog. because that's what teenagers do.

1. the Bible says to LOVE EVERYONE! not the perfect people with the perfect life and the perfect background. hate the SIN not the SINNER.

2. i hate that i am just now realizing how deep in a rut i was. i'm finally happy. like really and truly happy. i just wish i had opened my eyes years ago.

3. i am so excited for this summer. life as a high school grad before a college fresh. should be fun. and SLA! (:

4. i do a lot of things just to make others mad or jealous. i'm glad i have friends who do the same. aha

5. i'm either going to be a missionary when i get older or make documentaries to inspire Christians to get off their butts and make a difference and not to think mission trips are all about shoving Christ down people's throats. it's about loving people. once you love them, the time to share the Gospel with them will come. it should be about saving broken people, not racking up salvation stories.

my rant. felt like the world needed to hear from Addie. hope you're doing okay. i know i couldn't be any higher on life. to bad tomorrow's monday. imma come off this mountain real fast.

thoughts and opinions about harry potter
so, i didn't start reading Harry Potter until the 5th grade and only because I needed like twenty AR points and you go like 5t64367563r5252 just from the first book. So I read it, and an obsession was created. I love Harry Potter. I don't believe in magic, I don't believe in wizards, I don't believe in witches and crazy monsters and trolls and unicorns and the whole harry potter world. But I do believe in the human spirit and the triumph of good over evil. I believe in the power of love and friendship. Which is what Harry Potter is all about. So if you're going to condemn me to Hell because I enjoy good FICTION, go ahead. See you in Heaven.

I live in Greenville. I love the people here. Well, some of them. I like how its on the weather map, capital of Hunt County and really a good size town to grow up in. but that's it. i dislike the rest of the town.

He's my best friend and I know I say that a lot, but he is. I tell him EVERYTHING and anything. We take the long way home and just vent or sing silly songs or fight over the radio. We always have fun and even when he has a stick up his butt and it takes every ounce of self control not to punch his face, I love him to the ends of the universe and back, and then some.

Hercules is my favorite Disney movie, and Meg is one of the B list Disney princesses. But if I have to choose a princess with the movie named after her I would say either Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast. Belle is the prettiest and Ariel has red hair (:

is bad. full of blankets, purses. well, thats really it, but my closet is little so that fills up the whole thing. lol oh, and lots of clothes. then on the top shelves i have books and games. lol

i have glasses. It's because my left eyes is near sighted and my right eye is slightly far sighted. I can see just fine without them. but the stupid drivers place obviously thinks i need them.

favorite subject to study
if it can be anything, even things not in school, i like to watch people. i like to study them. i know that sounds creepy, and i'm probably digging myself into a hole, but people interest me. i like to know how people think, how the handle certain situations, how they deal with stress, relationships, happiness.

if it has to be a school subject i like history. once again because it's people and i like to see how their mistakes worked for them and see if people are still making the same mistakes.
